Since 1969, when we began as Scout Holiday Homes Trust, we've provided accessible holiday accommodation for families across the UK. We're proud of the thousands of families we've helped experience the joy of seaside holidays.

1969: Founded as Scout Holiday Homes Trust by former Scouts who believed everyone deserves a holiday, regardless of their circumstances or abilities.
1970s-1990s: Grew steadily, partnering with holiday parks across the coastline to provide accessible, affordable accommodation for families with disabilities, illnesses, or low income.
2000s-2025: Expanded our accessible holiday accommodations at popular seaside destinations, serving thousands of families and creating countless happy memories before the charity's closure.

Charity Closure Information
After careful consideration, the trustees of the Holiday Homes Trust have made the difficult decision to close the charity. This decision was not taken lightly and follows a comprehensive review of our operations and future sustainability.
All outstanding bookings were honoured. We are grateful for the understanding and support shown by our community during this time.
